No automotive experience? No problem! We are looking for hard-working people with a great personality. If you have customer service experience from restaurants, hotels, hospitality, or any type of sales experience and are willing to learn then you may be right for our position. On-site, hands-on training is provided! Our robust Training Program has a guaranteed starting pay plan!Average sales associates' salaries range from $50,000 - $100,000+. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responsesContinuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
