Supporting diverse business functions, the full-time Business Systems Analyst will provide production support for Dental and Employee Assistance Program applications, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Provide day-to-day production support for Dental and Employee Assistance Program applications, resolving system issues and ensuring timely incident resolution Document recurring system issues and implement long-term resolutions while providing training and guidance to end-users on system functionalities Develop test scenarios and participate in various testing phases, tracking issues and operational activities to improve processes Required qualifications 2-3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Application Analyst, or similar role, specifically supporting Employee Assistance Programs or Dental Applications Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, along with supporting application testing Proven experience in a production environment supporting applications Ability to work remotely with a reliable high-speed internet connection, located in the United States or Puerto Rico Prior experience with workplace solutions systems and business processes is preferred
