Why This Role Matters As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll help drive the success of the community by: Connecting with prospective residents and helping them find the right apartment home Conducting property tours and following up with prospects Guiding applicants through the leasing and move-in process Building positive relationships with current residents Partnering with the Property Manager and Maintenance team to keep the community running smoothly Supporting occupancy, leasing, and overall property performance What We Offer Competitive pay Commission and/or bonus opportunities based on performance Medical, Dental & Vision insurance beginning the 1st of the month after your start date 401(k) with 3% company match Company-paid life insurance Paid vacation and holidays Rent discount potential Paid certifications and professional development A clear path to leadership — with total pay potential up to $125,000+ as you grow Requirements What We're Looking For Entry-level friendly — prior leasing or property management experience is welcomed, but not required Sales, customer service, hospitality, or office experience preferred High school diploma or GED Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable talking with prospects, giving tours, following up, and asking for the sale Ability to commute to and around the property and successfully complete a background check Availability to work a full-time schedule: 4 weekdays (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) + most Saturdays (10 AM–4 PM) Ready to Grow With Us?
